After placing an order, we send a confirmation message to our customers for their review and confirmation or cancellation of the order. Additionally, our team makes confirmation calls to customers, keeping them informed throughout the process. Once the order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch, we provide the tracking details promptly for their convenience.

Regrettably, alterations cannot be made to an order once it has been placed. If your order has not yet been processed, you have the option to cancel it and proceed with placing a new order. To check the status of your order, please click on the "Track Your Order" link.

Regrettably, it is not possible to reserve your order online.

Tehzeeb will contact you to notify about the unavailability of a product in your order. If the shipment of an order is delayed due to product unavailability, we will promptly get in touch with you to provide information, and we will take necessary steps to minimize the impact of the delay.

The "Goods and Services Tax" (GST) or Sales Tax is a levy imposed on different products by the Government of Pakistan. The existing rate is 12% for fabrics and 17% for non-fabrics.

Refunds for payments made via Credit/Debit Card will be processed, and you can expect the amount to be returned to the source account within 10 to 15 days from the time of order cancellation.

To apply a discount code, navigate to your cart, enter the discount code in the designated area located below the order summary in the shopping bag. Apply the discount, and then proceed to checkout.

The delivery of orders typically takes 3-5 days, and the timeline is contingent on the size and availability of the product.

Yes, we deliver them all over Pakistan.

Our courier delivery partners will attempt to deliver your parcel twice. It's essential to ensure that the address, state, and city provided during the order placement are accurate. In the event of a second unsuccessful delivery attempt, your order will be canceled. If payment has already been made for this order, the refund process will be initiated within 10 days of order cancellation, and it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to be reflected on your credit card statement.

If you're dissatisfied with the product's quality, you can return it to us. After conducting our due diligence, we'll contact you. You can then choose to receive a replacement, or opt for a credit voucher of the same amount. Please note that the processing time for this is 7-14 working days.

  • Tehzeeb does not offer "Cash Refunds".
  • Refunds are offered in the form of the amount being reverted via bank transfer or store credit that can be used for future purchases.
  • If the customer asks for a refund for orders paid via option Bank Transfer/ credit debit card payment without any error on the part of Tehzeeb, a 5% service charge on the refund amount will be applied.
  • Once store credit has been issued, it will not be reversed/exchanged with a refund.
  • The store credit is valid for a month only.
  • The refund processing time is 30 working days.
  • Refunds are subjective to damaged products only. Tehzeeb will first verify your claim and will let you know if your claim is approved or not and then proceed towards a refund.
